การทำกายภาพบำบัดในผู้ป่วย Vestibular disorder แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม
1.Peripheral Vestibular disorder
2.Central Vestibular disorder
การทำกายภาพบำบัด เน้นในกลุ่มที่ 1 โดยใช้ท่า Modified Epley’s maneuver และสอนท่า Brandt and Darorr’s maneuver ให้ผู้ป่วยกลับไปทำต่อที่บ้าน วันละ 3-4 ครั้ง
ข้อเสนอแนะการพัฒนา
เปิด Consult การทำกายภาพบำบัดสำหรับผู้ป่วย
